This site is my explanation of ways I have learned to return to the beginning and thus focus on the direction of my life purpose. Here, you'll find ways in which I have increased my spiritual knowledge and self-awareness. These are methods I have used to acquire this knowledge-re-learn, so to speak.... I would now like to pass this on to those that show interest in learning how to help themselves.

We have all been given the power of choice---we chose to be born when we were, we chose our family, we chose our friends and life experiences.It all has to do with what we have decided to learn this time around. Also, how we would handle what was dealt out for us. The Key is how we decide to ACT on our life experiences. The choices we are given and the greatest power of all is Free Will.
